Add $1 for every 10 square feet above 1,500 

Example: 3,000 square feet - $325 + $200 for larger size = $525 total

Over 10,000  Call for quote 

A Re-Inspection is 50% off the regular inspection price.

Interior --- WINDOWS, DOORS, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, HEATING, COOLING, BASEMENT, ATTIC, CRAWLSPACE, VENTING, INSULATION, MICROBIAL GROWTH, SMOKE DETECTORS,APPLIANCES, WATER, GAS, ELECTRICAL SERVICE and SHUTOFFS

 Structural --- EVALUATED at ALL POSSIBLE LOCATIONS, FOOTINGS, WALLS, FLOORS, TRUSSES, STAIRS, RAFTERS, JOISTS and HANGERS
